I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to do my oil change. No issues. Good service. This is the third place I went to for an oil change, after the first two refused. It’s only a 2018 F150. This is my first oil change after buying it used. The precious owner put a permanent drain plug in that has a part that just unscrews to drain the oil and Speedy Auto Service didn’t even blink an eye when changing it. Obviously, I finally found the right place.
Yusuf was great. He got our car serviced during the busy holidays for a new battery after it died when all others were booked for the next week. He was genuinely kind and helpful and the staff was very professional. I’d highly recommend this business for routine checks as well as in a pinch.
Yourself Farhat, and his team, from the Hartzel Rd. location provided an outstanding service during one very stressful period at the time. They made time to service my car with a new windshield, serviced my brakes and installed my new tires. All that with courtesy pickup and drop off at the door. Tank you everyone!
Booked an appointment to get an oil change where I supplied the oil and filter. Even though I had an appointment it took over an hour. When I got home I looked in the trunk for the remaining oil, since I gave them 6 litres. It takes 4.3 l. Turns out they put all 6 litres in. I went back and the person said that the dipstick was manufactured incorrectly by Ford. The dipstick showed over an inch higher than the full mark. I had to go and have 1 1/2 litres removed at another station. Won't be going back there anytime soon.
Dropped my wife's car off. It was leaking oil, they said they changed the oil pan, cleaned up and replaced the gasket, and added the oil required. The bill came to over $ 500.00. The next morning my wife left for work noticed oil where the car was sitting. Found out they replaced the oil pan with a used oil pan, which they charged me $ 90. So in my opinion I paid $ 500.00 for an oil change. Called the owner and told him, he said bring it in, I said that I was going to bring it somewhere else. The bill from the other place was lower, and they even washed the car. And only charged me $45.00 for a brand new oil pan. Won't be going back to Speedy anytime soon. I'd also like to add the owners asked me to contact them to discuss this situation, I've done everything possible, I've called them, emailed them, I even gave my phone # out on Google, and to my surprise no response. Way to back your business. Also if I had to guess I'd say they cleaned up our oil pan and charged us $90 for it, not sure just a hunch. Could be wrong, just suspicious. Rob Jean
