Very rude and unprofessional towards customers, had my son's tablet for 6 hours and when I called to see if there was any progress on it he yelled at me and then hung up AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Extra he decided to call me and my wife after I left a review yelling about how he wasn't in the wrong and that I was Impatient and then liad about what he told me,this place is a joke and so is the person working there Most of the review on here are fake from fake accounts
Took my iPhone there today for replacing the battery. Unprofessional and impatient staff. Rudely yelled at me because I asked a question more than once . I Don’t recommend this place at all.
I do not recommend going to this establishment at all. Owner was extremely rude, I asked him a simple question about my computer and he told me to google it. Owner is not professional whatsoever and has terrible customer service.
If I could put zero stars I would .. this man just love peoples money. Took my phone to get the screen fix and the screen is blanking out here and there, took it back for him and explain to him about the screen blanking out and he said to me he can’t find that he had fixed my phone in the system and the warranty is probably over. Took my phone to another place they said it’s not a proper screen that he put on.
Great, Professional, very Honest and fast service. Went to fix the phone after it was "fixed" somewhere else a few weeks ago. Now looks incredible and almost brand new! Amazing customer service! Definitely recommend.
I wish i could give them 6 starts! very knowledgeable staff, fixed my phone quickly. They make sure evetything works prrfectly before you go. Will definitrly be coming here in the future, and definitely recommend to everyone looking for mobile repairs of any kind. Way better than bigger companies like Mobile Klinik!
