I had a great experience, the staff was friendly and outgoing. Especially since I had just gone to an apple store and they said I may as well get a new phone since they no longer would be able to repair my phone (IPhone 12 pro max). But then I walked in Techlogic and asked if he would be able to do the repair and he agreed with confidence! The staff member than proceeded to give me a reasonable price so I decided to also get a new case and screen protector. The repair was to replace the back of phone since it was cracked and parts were falling off, good thing it only took about 1 hour to repair and I got to switch the color. Wonderfull time and I would definitely recommend, I already have with some colleagues!
Nav was amazingly helpful!!! He talked to me on the phone and walked me thru' putting a microphone(words to text) on fb messaging!! It took quite a few minutes, and I am very grateful for his help!!! Wonderful service!!! They are an awesome cell repair shop!!
Gave him my iPhone to change the charging port with a new one because of issues with charging , charged me 50 dollars cash but didn’t replace the old one but only cleaned it ( which fixed the issue ) but he said he will put a new one which he didn’t he just cleaned it for 50 dollars I got scammed but learned my lesson

Went to go check on the cost to repair a cell phone screen with a minor hairline crack. Rather than just taking a look the man behind the counter with his lunch still in his fingers came over and picked away at the cell protective screen until he could yank it off putting air underneath compromising the integrity of the screen now? I'm incredibly ticked when all I wanted was a quote.
Great customer service. I had my phone fixed here and when it didn't work properly they told me to bring it back and fixed it for no extra charge. Very satisfied!
Bought a new Samsung S20FE from here, the gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Was able to get the phone for a very good price compared to other big box stores in the area and he even gave me a great warranty with it.
