I bough a refurbished phone from here and it has worked great since, no problems. My charging port two years later needed a cleaning as I was having to use wireless charging as a temporary solution and Mike said I could come in and fix it no problem and so they did. Fully recommend their services, very friendly.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Customer service should never feel like an inconvenience, especially when someone is about to make a major purchase. The employee’s. (The Asian guy) lack of interest cost your store not only a sale but also my trust as a customer. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service. I came in ready to spend $700 on a phone, expecting knowledgeable and professional assistance. Instead, I experienced complete neglect. The associate ( the Asian guy) who greeted me asked, “How can I help you?” but after handing me a phone, he returned to his computer and ignored me for the next 20 minutes. There was no product explanation, no effort to understand my needs, and no attempt to complete a sale. As a paying customer and one unfamiliar with phone models.. I found this dismissive and disrespectful.
At the beginning, they convinced me that my use of X is what drains the BRAND NEW battery they put in. I lowered my use, to almost no notifications. It was ok for a while, but now, the battery doesn't last much, especially if the rest of the notifications, aside from X are still on. I think they're using a very low quality battery for iPhones. Live and learn. I should've spent a bit more for the original Apple one. I would stay away from this place, at least battery-wise.
I was referred to the Mobile Klinik by Rogers due to a charginging port issue. When I arrived Alex was eager to help me out and he performed a few visual tests of my charging port. One his visual inspection was complete he cleaned the port with a alcohol solution, a brush and a can of compressed air. This was the fix I needed to be able to charge my phone again, and he did it as a complimentary service. Thanks for your time and efforts Alex I appreciate it.
I had a problem with my charging port, cleaned it within a few minutes...and didn't charge anything! I'll be going back with phone problems from now on.
I had issues with my charge port and the cable wouldn’t go all the way in. They looked at it and did a quick cleaning for free and it started working again. Great place!!! Thank you.
Not sure if this is an issue with the website or the specific branch (Pen Center). I booked an online appointment (two days in advance)to have my phone-a Samsung z flip, fixed. The confirmation email said a tech may be in contact to get more details. When I arrived at the branch they told me that not only were they not doing repairs that day but also that they don't even fix that model of phone at that branch. Both of those things seem like something I should have been called about before I wasted time driving there. Definitely disappointed with this experience.
