Nice little community park. Clean and friendly. The community centre there has public washrooms and helpful staff :)
Great park for those who have young children. In the summer there is a splash pad. The community center is right next to it. A nice soft padded playground is available as well.
IV lived by this park for a long time ! It can get a bit busy here but over all it's a nice park my son always has a good time with the other kids and the other parents are always nice
One of are favorites no snobby kids or parents and way less people than any other splash park with we like cause the one by librarie just over crowded
Frequent the leash-free dog park almost daily. Clean, well set-up, with picnic tables and lawn chairs, a hose and kiddie pools and buckets for the dogs to drink out of. Gates r never locked and no city staff lurking around policing the place. Good place to socialize your dog (and yourself) and let him/her run around while u take a break.To amend this a bit now that September's here.....since people fill the kiddie pools for their dogs and then keep emptying them in the same spot to refill them, the whole area has become a big puddle of mud that u have to skirt around into the trees to avoid in order to reach the hose. I guess the city doesn't check it much or they'd see this and put down more mulch!! Also, someone had provided a 7 spray attachment to the hose which was great for bathing my dog....this was promptly broken and not replaced which really sucks!
