These folks were extremely helpful and kind when I had move my ailing mother's stuff into to temporary storage. Had no problems with mice or anything else, just great service!
My mother unespectedly died as having my own full house needed to store all her belongings ( 73 yrs ) worth and wanted to save for any family members needs went to pen storeage clean and safe and awesome management and always a smile
One word to describe it would be disgusting - rats everywhere destroyed my stuff. And a arrogant owner who thinks he dosent have any responsibilities.
Horrible. Rats everywhere destroyed my stuff. Also he said he would give me a deal to keep my business cause I was going elsewhere and then tried to reneg on the agreement afterwards. And then tried to charge me for extra months.
Wouldn't go back there if they paid me to. Owner and that facility is gross.
