Too bad I can't give 0 stars to these incompetent idiots! My husband went in to the store 5 days ago and ordered a hitch for our car so we could attach our bicycle rack to go on a biking vacation. A woman there ordered the part, gave my husband an estimate and booked an appointment for this morning to attach the hitch.This morning when he arrived at Welland Ave. in St. Catharines, they had no record of him being there, obviously had not ordered the part and told him that it would take 5 days to get the part in. TOO LATE!! This has changed the whole profile of our vacation! By the other negative reviews, we can see that this location has a major problem. Don't go here!
I have had great service from this location. Clean reliable vehicles and boxes galore for our big move. Propane is also on site at the best rate in town!
If I could score lower I would! I spent over $100 on moving supplies and they were nothing but rude! The general manager practically threw my receipt at me! I will never go there again. Id rather spend more and go to Home Depot
I booked an enclosed trailer a month in advance to ensure they'd have what I wanted. It's 3 days before pickup and now they say they won't have it, due to too many university students booking. Er.... okay? Why did I bother making a reservation secured with a credit card then? Thanks for the insincere apology, but I'd rather have what I booked!
