I’ve been taking my vehicles to Goodyear – More Than Tires for many years, and I can’t say enough about their service. They are reasonably priced, efficient, friendly, honest, and never pushy. Today, my battery died right before a 1.5-hour drive to babysit my grandson. Even though they were fully booked, Peter squeezed me in without hesitation and had me on my way quickly. They explain everything clearly and never make me feel out of place with “car talk.” Truly top-notch service, every single visit. Highly recommend!!
Kevin is gone. We use Goodyear, and found the little extras made us feel safer with our car. Took car in for winter tire installation and were told 2 steel rims were leaking. It was suggested we purchase 4 new ones. Had the tires put on the summer rims. When picked up car, I asked how were the brakes and was told the were not checked. Nor were fluids topped up. (the little things that make a difference). I also received a call from Peter to pick up my kia. I don't own one. Clean, polite, yes but I will not be going back.
Peter and his staff do great work at reasonable prices. What I like most is their honesty and integrity. They only do the work that is required.I have had a couple occasions when I thought something was wrong but they couldn’t find anything and sent me on my way.
If you are looking for competitive prices and work, More Than Tires is the shop to go to. Kevin and the crew are very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Absolute professionals. Have had the tires done on both of our vehicles and trailer over the last 2 yrs and couldn't think of a reason to go anywhere else. Whenever anyone asks me where to go for tires or other services, I tell them to see these guys first!
We have taken many cars/SUVs here over the years and we have always had great service. Friendly greeting when you walk in and they take the time to get to know you and your vehicle.
They just saved me hundreds of dollars. My dealership said I had to get new tires and do my brakes but these guys checked everything and confirmed everything was still good and shouldn't need to work on my brakes until next year. Thanks guys!
Been going here for well over a decade and have NEVER been disappointed with their service and expertise. Even when there was an issue with replacement parts they gave me (once), they still made it a point to find a solution that worked for me (even at a cost to themselves). I say "once" because mistakes happen even with the best of companies - and it was only the ONE time. That's pretty good for over a decades worth of service from them and I go at least 4 times a year. I've done everything with these guys - new tires, rotations, fluids changes and top ups, alignments, replacement parts of all kinds, you name it. They can do nearly everything. I'll continue to go here so as long as I'm living in the city and have a car - they're a dedicated group and I appreciate their services.
