I genuinely can’t express enough how positively I feel about Q tires. Not only is the work quality but above that he’s a great man I’ll never go anywhere else couldn’t recommend him enough
Came to this place as a first time car owner who was a young woman and didn’t really know much about cost. I was charged $160 + for an oil change and wind shield wiper replacement ? The person who serviced me even bragged about giving me the family and friends discount for being a first time customer. Brought it up casually to someone who visits this shop more regularly and they were shocked to the say the least ?? The service was good but definitely double check your receipts for additional charges ?
AMAZING SERVICE!!! We were just one hour into an 8.5 hr drive day when our tire popped and we needed it replaced immediately in order to make it to our destination on time. Q-Tires took us in right away, and had us back on the road INCREDIBLY QUICKLY! Very kind people! Can't thank Q-Tires enough for getting us back on the road safely and quickly to complete our trip. THANK YOU!
Got new all weather tires from this place, the process was good overall. The owner Qaiser is resourceful & helpful & Shelly at the front desk is upfront & genuine. (5 Stars for her and the process). Great service, honest advice.
Everyone is very nice. Unfortunately that's not enough! Knowledge is key and this shop needs to hire a couple of passionate mechanics! I would recommend this location, but not for major work.
Walked in to get tires switched over, lady told me I'm out of luck, try again right when the store opens the next day. I come right when the store opens the next day. She again tells me I'm out of luck, to come back tomorrow before the store even opens and maybe they can. Decided to forget about it. She didn't even allow me to wait in a queue, make an appointment, or anything whatsoever, I was not on a time constraint. I've been here a couple other times and usually didn't have a problem.
Brought a car in for alignment and they broke bolts and other stuff and charged me for the parts they broke this place is terrible wouldn’t ever suggest to anyone
