Great service, came for one tire replacement (had a hole in it), service techs showed me my other tire and it ended up being two tire replacements because the other had worn down too. Only took about 45min total for both tires. I didn’t feel I was being scammed because I could see the physical wear, they were right the wear was very uneven and looked near the end of its life. They also do complimentary re-torquing after x distance if tires are bought from them. They even make sure to go the extra mile and put the spare tire back into the trunk and secure it with the car’s built in latch.
Brought my truck in with a tire that had multiple 3-4 inch gashes on the inner wall. Asked them to take a look at it. They called me an hour later saying my rim leak was fixed I’m good to go. I said I didn’t have a rim leak I told you I had gashes on my inner wheel. She checked again with the technician then called me back and said she has no idea what I’m talking about and neither does the tech, and to come pick up my truck. I had to drive there again on my day off and crawl under my truck and show the technician and the desk person the gashes. CLEARLY, they didn’t even look at the tire. You could not miss the marks. They even said they soaked it. They couldn’t have. Then when I asked if they could help me out at all and if my road hazard warranty would help me out, and they said their computers got updated in 2022 and they could not honour my warranty! Worse customer service experience I’ve had in awhile. Basically called me a liar and I had to come drive there on my day off twice. Then were rude at the counter too. New ownership is horrible.
The staff here are great! They have helped me immensely lately with home alarm backup battery and garage door opener backup battery. They are so helpful and make these purchases soo easy!!
Debert and Mark helped me out greatly on my Nissan's repair in the last week. Communicative and friendly. We will be getting tires from here in the near future.
I had an appointment at 8 AM on January 11 to get some tires taken off some wheels and when I showed up there, I couldn’t get anyone that worked there to speak with me to ask where I could drop off my rims and tires. They’re very unprofessional, and when I called them, they acted like I didn’t even have an appointment with them. Overall very poor experience. Very disappointed, would not recommend
They sold me a new battery and I had to get a boost 3 days later... complete RIP OFF! I went back to let them know my battery was not working and how could that be if it was new? The sales man said that it was normal and to just take my car for a drive twice a day? Sure that sounds like a used battery they sold me and said it was new. Never ever go there. They straight up rip you off!
Took them two hours to change my tires despite an appointment being booked in advance. Only after an hour and a half did they finally start working on my car. My advise is go to a local mechanic - will charge the same, quicker, and more reliable.
