The repairs were well done. The company gives attention to detail. As they were completing the work they noticed a small hole in one of the rear lights, so they fixed it. They could be more prompt in initiating contact and/or returning calls. Overall a great experience.
I brought my daughter's car to Steve at Simplicity Car Care after previous work by another shop due to a minor collision proved to be of poor quality. It was clear that there was still a major issue with the car, which needed to be determined. Not only did Steve figure out the issue, he was transparent, professional and helpful every step of the way. He took the time to explain to both my daughter and I what the issue was, and once the work was done, he showed us how it had been corrected. Our experience at Simplicity was really positive. The price was great and so was the work, and I learned a thing or two, as well.
Had the most positive experience with this shop. The attention to detail and precision of quality work I have not found anywhere else. The shop is immaculate and wonderful service. I won't go anywhere else and the only place I recommend to others!
A great one stop repair service. Quick and flawless repair. The body and paint and mechanical work was done to perfection. Steve had the BMW ready exactly when he said it would be. Called Steve and brought my car in he looked at it took some photos and told me he’d get back to me. nearly a week later haven’t heard back from him. Apparently he doesn’t like business. Platinum auto looked at my car and quoted me within a half hour
We recently had work done here when a tree branch fell on our vehicle. They did an amazing job repairing the vehicle and it looks brand new! Great customer service! Great attention to detail! 100% recommend!!!!
Steve was amazing. Everyone who was involved in redoing my whole car making it to what I had envision did an amazing job. The car looks better then brand new. From the body work to the paint job. Everywhere I go I get complements. I would recommend this body shop to anyone!! :)
