I broke down on the highway and consider myself very lucky this place was near by. I still had a long drive to get home so I was truly in a jam. Everyone was helpful and understanding of the situation. I was attended to right away. Parts came withing half an hour. I was back on the road in an hour. No gauging or emergency fees - the price was more than fair. THANK YOU!!!
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE, you will be ripped off, work was completed improperly and doesn't fix mistakes when vehicle brought back. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Know how to fix the bill and not the vehicles.
Friendly and honest group who work here. Dave always does his best to squeeze you in if he can, even if he's busy. I've had safeties done here and maintenance on my vehicles.
Vehicles sit on the lot untouched for days and weeks, with no estimated completion time. Staff is very rude on the phone when questioned about having vehicles returned with completed services. Very unprofessional establishment, do not recommend bringing vehicles here if they are needed back within a reasonable amount of time.

I was referred by a tire shop owner to come see this shop about an alignment. I had previously been to another shop for one on Ontario St in st.catharines and still charged for an alignment that by rights shouldn't have been done because repairs were needed first before one could done on it, then that shop on Ontario st diagnosed the wrong part being the issue but had no problem quoting me $1000.00 to fix what they thought it was and then would have still had the issue or it be discovered and added to that $1000.00 repair bill! These guys not only immediately found the issue they didn't even charge me to check it out and gave me the option to fix it myself and then bring it in for the alignment. I'm now waiting for the part to come in I love working on my own vehicle and will then be going back to this garage for my alignment! You can trust this shop!
