My front bumper was hit by something that flew off a salt truck last winter, which left paint damage and deep gouges in the plastic. Carsmetics did an absolutely flawless repair of the damage for me and restored my bumper to near factory perfection. I'm so impressed by the work - the paint blend (black pearl) is seamless with the rest of the bumper/car and it looks completely smooth. The repair area is basically invisible - you'd never know that work was done in that area of the bumper. Carsmetics literally made the damage disappear with fantastic same day service and very reasonable and accessible pricing. A Wonderful experience. Just 2 days following delivery of my new vehicle someone allowed their car door to getaway from them and hit my door leaving a dent and paint damage. For just a few dollars the dent is gone and the paint looks like new. Thanks, quick, simple and affordable. I wish all services were that easy and professional!
I used a harsh scrubber to get rid of some bird droppings and it left surface scratches on my door. Booked an appointment but it was the day of terrible air quality. They were planning to close but couldn't contact me due to incorrect number. Rather than have me make a long trip for nothing, the staff made a special trip just to take care of my issue. Really did a great job making the scratches disappear.
