I wish there was negative stars. I was told to come here as my car sales man out sourced to them. I don’t know who droped the ball on my car but was told to go to them for an oil change and battery replacement. The two men I had to deal with were nothing short of rude and made me feel like such an inconvenience! I could hear them in the shop mocking me stating I’m watching them like a hawk and laughed. They proceeded to continue to bad mouth my sales man and other customers. I was mortified by their behaviour and how I was dismissed for my concerns, I had no oil on my dip stick and was concerned with my engine and he has lit me stating I dident check it right as it was over filled and I faced to do it at correct temp. The women at the front desk was lovely but the two men more so the main mechanic was beyond rude and made me feel horrid for disrupting his day.
Nahida is the used car Queen! Seriously! This woman will take care of your car buying needs from start to finish. Nahida and the team at Eastway are professional and go out of their way for their customers… Sam, the owner fixed a flat tire for me a Sunday afternoon just a few weeks ago… who else would do that? Not many. Thanks again!!

Personal experience with eastwayauto i recently have purchased a truck with bad credit , there in-house financing ? awesome and stressless thru everything and I live 3hrs away From the sweetheart owner to dealing with sales and garage i was kept informed thru everything After my last payment I will be coming back to get another truck for my business due to how ive been treated ? recommend highly for those with hard time getting a vehicle definitely go see ?

We get all our services done for all 3 cars in our household. whether it’s an oil change, tire rotation or a serious problem. There has never been an issue that Sam couldn’t fix. Very timely, very professional service.
Recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Caravan C/V. Always a little hesitant buying a used vehicle but Eastway was very easy to deal with. The biggest thing for me was they happily allowed me to take the vehicle to my personal mechanic to look it over. They even offered to drive it there for me. Nahida was very amicable and easy to deal with and never pressured me to purchase the vehicle. The van needed some work to pass safety, but after they completed the necessary work I purchased it. Couple months now and it is driving good. Was reasonably priced, so I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend others to check them out. Jerome
