In this day if consumers being treated like numbers it is comforting to have a company like Performance Collision where not only the support team, but the manager communicates with the consumer to address any challenges or concerns. If you want your car in a reasonable time don’t go here my car has been there since mid June and still don’t have it back and we are almost in September every time my wife calls it’s a different story and I called this past Friday got the machine left a message to call me back and nobody gave me a call back if I could give this place no stars I would take your car somewhere else
My new car got hit from the back end,took it in March 14 ,was expecting them to have it for 4 days had it back end of day on the 15 always in good hands at hyundai

It was above and beyond what I have come to expect while dealing with repair shops over the years. Top notch on their behalf. Swav Peitras was an amazing person to work with. He kept me in the loop the entire time and made sure I was satisfied with the final product. Even though my Insurance company (not to be named) said that Performance Collision was not on their preferred list. Which I'm going to call them and tell them that they should add Performance Collision to the preferred list. Taking my vehicle to Performance Collision was the best decision I have made in a long time. If it wasn't for them I still wouldn't have my vehicle back. Definitely going back to them if I ever have an accident again. Knock on wood I don't thought.
