With a sunroom full of odds and ends of furniture that goes well together but doesn't; we must commend James and Naveed for their talent of tying everything together with our purchase of 2 rugs. Had we tried to work without the assistance of professional designers; we would have spent months choosing rugs and probably ended up settling for 2nd best. They tied everything together effectively with memories of photos and fabric swatches that we took home with us. They were aware of our budget and worked within it. My husband and I just purchased a Persian rug from Critelli’s fine furniture. The experience was amazing! Naveed was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. The store personnel (James) went out of their way to find what I was looking for with respect to my taste and price range. I went away very pleased with my new furniture and I will enjoy it for many years to come. Although this store looks very fancy, their prices were actually better than any box or warehouse store or chain that I compared them with.
Pam was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We felt welcomed and comfortable when she greeted us, she was very knowledgable, applied no pressure, allowed us to explore and then followed up to answer any questions. She gave us great suggestions for the items and how they would tie into our house. Pam was a delight. A wonderful experience. We really liked doing business with Pam and would do business with her again. In a world that's getting pretty dark and cold it's refreshing to find people who are the opposite like her!

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a couch from Critellis furniture. Our experience from beginning to end was beyond expectation. Prior to visiting the store, I had talked with Julia about the style of couch we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. Upon arriving at the store, Julia had already arranged options for us to look at. We had LOVED what she had picked out. We also loved that we were able to customize the fabric and colour of the couch, and again Julia was very insightful about what would look best given our style and colour scheme. Our delivery was estimated to be 8 weeks, however it had arrived within 5-6 weeks! Critellis had notified us (the lady who called was very polite and professional - though I dont know her name) and were able to set up a delivery within 2-3 business days. Delivery was on time, fast and efficient. We definitely plan on returning to Critellis in the near future. Thanks again to all the staff,Brooke
Upon a recent visit to St. Catharines we visited Critelli's furniture. It is a beautiful showroom filled with gorgeous options for every room of your home. I found their staff to be friendly and was impressed with the 104 year old history of their company. The rug department is a dream and Navid is a treasure trove of rug knowledge. Beautiful store!
