I worked with Nicole while replacing a loveseat. She was always pleasant and professional. She was knowledgeable about the product and helped greatly while chowing fabrics. When I need to replace another piece of furniture I will definitely work with her again.

Went to look for mattress and bedroom set. Store does not sales bedroom set, mattress nor dresser. Furnitures for living room and kitchen only such couches, tables, frames etc LazBoy doesn’t sell mattresses nor bedroom furnitures.
We spent nearly a year searching for the perfect brown couch and finally found one at La-Z-Boy. We spent over $4,000, but unfortunately, the couch we received was defective in multiple areas—something both La-Z-Boy and their inspection technician acknowledged. The cushions were underfilled, lumpy and started becoming misshapen almost immediately. They offered us a store credit for our pre-tax purchase price, which we were initially happy with. When we went into the store to select a replacement, we learned that the company discontinued our fabric and does not have any similar brown fabrics available at the same price. They have effectively given us an ultimatum: choose a completely different fabric in a different colour and texture (none of which we like) or pay nearly $2,000 more out of pocket for something cosmetically similar to our current brown couch. Their idea of "customer service" is making the customer pay for their mistakes. They refuse to issue a refund for their defective product, even though they cannot offer a suitable replacement. To make matters worse, their store manager (Jaxon) even suggested we use our credit on tables, chairs, or lamps—as if that’s an acceptable alternative to the couch we purchased. We have tried to resolve this issue professionally, but La-Z-Boy has made it clear that they do not stand behind their products or their customers. We are now escalating our complaint to consumer protection agencies. If you value your hard-earned money, DO NOT SHOP HERE. La-Z-Boy sells overpriced furniture with subpar quality and refuses to take responsibility when things go wrong. Buyer beware!
Please review the pictures of a 6 month old leather scarlet recliner. After having the right arm replaced because it was lacking padding and the seat replacement because it was lopsided Head Office refused to replace the back as they claim the wrinkles, unmatched seams and puckers are all within industry standards. With daily usage new wrinkles are developing daily. BEWARE Lazboy is NOT Lazyboy! They are a cheap knockoff to the once reputable company
It's pricey however lots of choices, good service and warranty options We had some reservations about our choice after delivery however we acted within the Lazy Boy exchange policy times and there was no problem making an exchange only reinforcing to us Lazy Boy was the right place to purchase.
So many choices, so little time. Prices are comparable to Brick and Leon's. Showroom was more than I expected. I'm sure they'll have exactly what you are looking for. Salespeople not pushy, very helpful. Ask for Sean!!
