We purchased a love seat and chair from Neelu at Sleep and Dream St. Catharines a few weeks ago. It was one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time. Right from the start Neelu was very helpful and patient as I took time to decide on colour, size etc. She gave good professional advise on fabrics and has an excellent eye for colour. The furniture came on time as promised and was delivered by Neelu's son and a friendly, careful team who also took away our older pieces to donate. She even threw in coordinating cushions as a surprise! It is well made, looks great and we are happy with the new pieces. I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you Neelu.
Not open it was 7pm and they're open till 8pm? Note to owners response. We double checked your hours standing infront of your store we were driving around and even selected "open now" and it was after 6 and showed "closes soon". It looks like hours are a recent change.
I met Neelu at her store after a random pop in. I showed her photos of 3 different couches that had certain things I liked about each of them.She worked with me to design a perfect custom couch that was an amalgamation /hybrid of the 3 couches I showed her. We picked out the fabric and dimensions and in 3 weeks as promised it was delivered and assembled in my living room. A quality Canadian made sectional with a 5 year guarantee and fair price As opposed to cheap overpriced Chinese garbage on wayfaire. I will be returning for an area rug and coffee table... Id post a pic of my couch on here but i dont want them to make another one for anyone else lol
So me and my wife went to this ^store^ to buy a dining table which was 1499$ ,after we went to Leons where the exact same table was 599. When we came back and told the customer service people that you guys are selling it for 800$ more we were told in a very rude manner to go away. These people are scam artists who want to steal your money me and my wife were very frustrated by the incompetence,product knowledge of stuff in 0 with a tendency to negative number,rude ,and street like attitude I Would never recommend anyone spending there money here , any other furniture store is better than this
