Peter and Ali were fantastic. Didn’t pressure us to make a purchase, I couldn’t decide what to get and was at the store 3 times before I made a decision. We ended up getting a real good deal on a couch, love seat and a recliner. We absolutely love the new furniture. All the staff at the St. Catharines location were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend checking them out.
Older man (manager I think?) who works there has absolutely horrific bad breath and wouldn't leave me alone couldn't get out of there fast enough! Super gross
Sold me a broken washing machine. When i realized and called 4 days later, a manager wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. Basically was told it is not their problem.
The staff at five Corner Furniture go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. There isn't any other place in Niagara Falls or the surrounding cities that I would go for my furniture. Five Corners were outstanding and there delivery people are very respectful
I purchased furniture a couple of years ago from Surplus and went back yesterday 01/04/23 to purchase additional furniture. The salesman was Ron who was so nice and courteous. He was such a delightful person to deal with, not pushy, just down to earth and very patient. Thank you Ron for the pleasant experience. I decided to go back today and purchase more and this time Kyle and Jon K were the gentlemen who assisted me. I cant say enough kind words about them. So pleasant, cheerful and all around superb customer service skills. I'm so glad there is a furniture store besides the big brand name ones who are able to give their customers exceptional customer care. I would highly recommend visiting Surplus, the quality furniture and great prices and service they provide will definitely make you go back. Thank you all..............Cindy
