Was with them for 4 decades. They don’t care about customers, only the mighty dollar. Found a cheaper rate elsewhere, let them know and … they were complacent. They will never get my business again.

I had a great experience with Andrea. It was so challenging to let me understand what was wrong with another broker and fix them. But Andrea never pushed me and even made me feel everything is going right by responding in a timely manner. I am really satisfied with her service.
Increased my rates by 19% because my car is more frequent now and claim the government made you do it because its law. Then have the nerve to tell me I can't cancel without proof I have other insurance which was 100% a lie, that's ridiculous. Call up TD or somewhere else for insurance and save way more than this joke of a company.
Wonderful service. Sarah took her time to find me the right coverage saving me a substantial amount of money. She checks in with me through the year to make sure things are going okay. That’s the perfect kind of personal service.
Update: I am considering switching now because they are impossible to get ahold of. You call the office and are out on hold for a very long time. I tried calling 3 times and never got through. I talked to someone one time and they had called me. If you need to get ahold of them, good luck. I think they have a number that goes into a call center that isn't in Canada. Very frustrating!!! I am going to shop around and see what I can find. I am looking for an office I can call and get a human on the phone right away. I moved to All state because a friend recommended them. I am so pleased. Price was was cheaper than the company I was using. I got rear ended by a drunk driver recently and they helped me through the entire process!!! What a great experience. I am using the drive wise now and hope to see an additional discount because of my great driving.
