Arnold Chang Was my blessed intake guy, He explained everything in such detail and guided me through the entire process making me feel at ease about something that’s left me very upset and stressed and confused in the past with a different insurance company. He made things so very easy highly recommend this man!!
I want to to let everyone know how helpful Mrina was in researching and coordinating my recent insurance. He helped save me approximately $200.00/month on my insurance premiums. He acts quickly and always questions honestly. Thank you Mrinal!
Sandra Akudugu was incredibly helpful as my personal insurance advisor. She took the time to explain everything clearly and followed up consistently to make sure I was fully set up and comfortable with my coverage. Her support made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Mrinal Thapa was so incredibly helpful! I had been designated "high risk" for reasons that were beyond my control and was having difficulty finding insurance I could afford. Mrinal was able to offer me a reasonable policy for an amount that worked in my budget. He was understanding, efficient, non-judgmental and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend if you need insurance of any kind!

Had to change my rating due to the service I received. Initially I was being helped by Paula to get some new quotes from different insurance companies, she managed to find one I was happy with. I decided to go ahead with the new insurance company and was told I would get a phone call the next day to wrap it all up. Never got a phone call and waited until the end of the week and decided to email paula, to which she was now out of office. She apparently came down with a bad illness that caused her to be out of office for some time and Im sorry that happened to her. She responded to me despite being out of office saying she would return Monday and we would get everything straightened away. No call or emails on Monday, so I email her on Tuesday, to which I receive the same out of office response, assuming she was still off sick. At this point Brokerlink was costing me money by not having my insurance cancelled with the old company, so in turn this would mean I would get less of a credit towards my cancellation fee. It sucks that Paula was off sick, but instead of giving me false hope by telling me the switch would be done by certain days (this happened twice) , she should have forwarded my file to a colleague that could have helped me finalize the insurance switch sooner. I got a bit irritated by this and decided to call Brokerlink again and ask for a new agent to complete my Insurance switch. After being in queue for 30+ min, I was told by this new agent i was speaking with that they don't have access to the insurance company I got quoted and will have to call a branch located in southern ontario. Now I call the southern branch and get another new agent named Joshua which was very helpful and was able able to make the switch for me on the spot and SAID he would cancel the old insurance policy effective immediately. I was checking my Insurance app every day to see if in fact my insurance was cancelled as it still said it was active. On the last day before my due payment with the old insurance company, my policy still said it was active… This concerned me, and I had to make yet another call back to Brokerlink. On this phone call I asked to see if my policy was cancelled with the old insurance company, to which I got the answer of “oh sorry he said he forgot to”. Multiple failures on Brokerlinks part… In the end of the day, I was able to save $1100 per year on my new policy. And for this reason, and this reason only is why Brokerlink is not getting a 1 star review. EDIT August 31: The old insurance company now took their payment, and the new one. ($361 + $280 = $641) now it is the weekend and Brokerlink is closed. I am furious. Clearly my policy was never cancelled despite calling twice and confirming they would do this for me right away twice. I am very lucky I have overdraft protection on my account as i did not have the money to cover both payments, and the payments could have been bounced and I would get a penalty for failure of payment. I have reduced the rating from two star to one star .
