Was transferred to this agent when State Farm was purchased. They Continually raised rates quarterly over the life of my policy with them, had many lame excuses as to why I was being charged exorbitant premiums “my car was the most stolen” never had a single claim in my entire time with this office. Did a little research and found out that I could save $316 a month by switching to a different company. Cancelled my policy 8 days after the cycle started for the month. Should have cost $231.00 and I should have been refunded the balance. Received a letter in the mail today stating that I still owe them over 600 for “canceling my policy” so in total this office will have taken over $1300 from me since cancelling my policy. Do not give this scumbag bottom feeding company any of your money. Find a reputable company elsewhere and save your money. Zero stars would not recommend to anyone. Poor service, poor quality and expect compensation for zero service provided. The worst of the worst. Run don’t walk as far away as you can. State Farm was a good company these guys are con artists. Complaint has been launched with the Better Business Bureau.
