I cannot recommend this insurance provider if you value both your vehicle and personal well-being. After being a customer for seven years, my experience turned negative following two claims and a relocation to a new city. Despite moving to an area with lower risk for theft or vandalism, my monthly premium doubled due to its proximity to Toronto, which was still over an hour away. The first claim involved a new vehicle (damaged in windstorm) where the insurer refused to approve OEM parts, despite the additional $200 cost. This led to months of delays at the body shop until a resolution was reached with the manufacturer. The second claim occurred after I was rear-ended. I was informed by the body shop that my vehicle would likely be written off, and after several weeks, the insurance company confirmed this decision. I then had to dispute the outcome with the total loss adjuster. Dealing with the aftermath of the accident and recovering from injuries was stressful enough, without the added burden of fighting for a fair resolution. Despite providing evidence that my vehicle was in better condition and had a higher trim level, the company undervalued it and delayed the settlement for a month. To make matters worse, I was informed that injury coverage would be eliminated after 2025, leaving future accident victims without coverage for injuries. Given my experience with claims, customer service, and the removal of essential benefits, I strongly advise exploring alternative insurance providers for both vehicle and health protection.

Have been with cooperators for a little over a year now. Each and every time I reached out for anything I was always given a prompt response and treated with excellent customer service. Having little to no experience with investments, and not knowing where to start as far as resources, I walked into their office worried that I would just have someone talking over my head about what to do next with my money. Instead, I was given a thorough break down of everything I needed to know, was given the opportunity to ask questions if anything was unclear, and left feeling ahead of the curb. These guys know their stuff, and they are always happy to address any concern or question you may have regarding insurance or your financial future.
The staff are nice enough, but the business really lacks a human factor. The office is hard to get a hold of, they don't always return calls, and I was left feeling like a file number instead of a client...there was just no sense that a positive customer experience was something that mattered to this business. Overall, I was just really disappointed, and even though their rates are good, I wouldn't choose them again or recommend them to anyone.
