Great place to stay in St Catharines. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Staff is super friendly, especially the day time personnel. One of the best Continental breakfast I had in a long time. The gym is stacked with equipment which makes it a great place for somebody who needs to exercise on the go. Definitely the best bang for your buck !
Surprisingly nice hotel. From the outside, I was a bit skeptical, but you walk in and it is all refurbished and clean. Rooms were clean and spacious with updated decor and flooring. I had a room that was on the perimeter and had patio door access. It was nice to have the vehicle close to load/unload the truck. It is a family friendly hotel. There is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a mini putt. The only thing is is that children under 7 are not permitted in the hot tub. My 1 year old is a water baby and loves the hot tub (he is only in for a few minutes when I take him at home). So this was frustrating.
Stayed here as part of a wedding party. Price was high. Service wasn't great. Asked for early check in. Was told that I hadn't asked for early check in (the bride had in fact negotiated this when she arranged for the block of rooms...) Had to change into formal wear in a pool change room because my room wasn't ready. To top it off the maid knocked on our door at 8:30 in the morning!! The hotel had provided a shuttle back from the wedding at 1:30 in the morning. That's not a lot of sleep. I wouldn't ever stay here again.
Friendly staff, room was clean. Kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, and we all played a few rounds of mini golf. Breakfast was great as there were a lot of options and they switched it up a little every morning. Bathroom (as in most hotels) was small, but at least it had ample counter space. At times during the day, it is almost impossible to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot due to traffic. Very close proximity to Niagara Falls, but without all the obnoxious touristy stuff near the hotels that are right by the Falls and also better pricing.
My husband and I were so impressed!! The room was clean and the beds very comfortable!! Air conditioning worked perfectly and tv offered plenty of channels! Our room was situated facing and just down from the outdoor pool. They supplied 2 chairs just outside our room on the patio...when sitting out there it felt like we were at a cottage. We had a view of the pool, trees and they even had mini golf!! The staff were super friendly and welcoming!! The hot breakfast was included and offered delicious eggs, pancakes and sausages. The breakfast was served in a restaurant on site with lots of room...it was so comfortable..the staff was so friendly and they replenished the hot food right up to the end of breakfast!! I will definitely recommend this motel to friends and family and my husband and I are looking forward to our next stay!!
