Stayed here while visiting wine country with my fiance to celebrate our anniversary. The room was very clean, modern, and spacious (jetted tub king suite). Hotel looks as though it's been recently updated within the past year or so and ditto the surrounding restaurants and bowling alley. My only complaint is that a couple of the staff members could've been a little friendlier as they did not seem so cheerful, but overall it's a fantastic place to stay in a great city.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn in St. Catharine for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room for breakfasts for our kids. The suites are lovely (we were there for a wedding so saw a couple suites of family members). The indoor pool is great. The cleaning crews are super helpful and friendly. The restaurant attached is good. The only downside is the elevators are a little slow when busy.
I used the restaurant only. They accommodated our last minute group and set up tables and chairs to quickly help us. Waitress was warm and service excellent.
Lovely private event on the Patio. Wonderful buffet meal and attentive staff. We had a wonderful time.
Pool was small and too cold, hot tub was just warm. Staff was attentive, quick and polite. Clearly recently renovated. Clean and suite was spacious. Party of 6 fit comfortably.
