Beatties had excellent customer service and a fast turn-around. Jesse was very professional and took the time to explain the pros and cons of various print styles and prep my document in a whole new format. Will definitely recommend Beatties in the future
My friend had a few printers that were not working and she was told about Beatties, so I went with her to have them looked at.We got there at 4:45 and the staff that look after that area are fi ishex at 5 pm, but one of the gentleman stayed until 5:30 helping her sort out which one was worth fixing and he was so kind and helpful.She was able to take one home which will only scan, one was garbage and yhey are fixing the other one. Thank you Beatties for going the extra mile in looking ater this issue with such patience and caring.We will be back!
