Great alternative to the drive to Burlington for those who live on the Niagara Frontier. The $20 delivery charge is an unfortunate surprise. Even worse is the lack of appreciation that Buffalo has one of the highest college student populations in America, and therefore a great candidate for a store. Not to mention our love for good design and architecture. And that we are a major refugee resettlement center. Who do we have to educate?
Not great selection to buy ikea stuff but it is after all mostly a pick-up spot .. never had issues. I think you have to pay 20$ to pick up there so have to make it worth your while. No problems

IKEA Pickup Location in St Cathrines probably hired the Ex-Target employees.There is this Target vibe in there.Absolutely not IKEA experience."NO" is default answer for everything.Picked up the phone - and walla - got real IKEA back.Whew!Don't loose your money with the nasty attitude managers of this store.
Went to ikea a few times in a week and Stephen helped my mother and I and he was FANTASTIC!!! Approached us right away and helped us work the computer. Showed us different options and helped us cash out. He was so friendly and personable and made our experience a great one!! Stephen really demonstrated superior customer service!!!
