Service with an attitude - your time is not worth anything to them! After phoning ahead and being told when to come in to the branch for a quote I arrived to find the agent had rebooked her schedule and told to "come back another time" I guess I have all day for them, but they didn't have 5 minutes for me. Both the front desk agent and the insurance agent were rude and shocked that I just wouldn't "come back another time" ?? The attitude was disgusting and clearly they have no respect for clients time (or money) I wouldn't use them if they were the last business on earth...oh ya...they're not, good thing there's lots of insurance companies to chose from!
This is a tiny CAA outlet with not much for sale, mostly travel brochures, and a disorganized lineup. They need a ticket # thing.
This gentleman named Jeff was seriously the best !!! He was so kind and soft spoken as I was having an anxiety attack about my car being stuck in the snow lol ! I thought it was going to rip my front end off pulling it out but he assured me it wouldnt happen , and got it out without a scratch -sure enough . He even was kind enough to turn my car around for me without asking, as it was on a steep, icy, narrow road. He was awesome . Ive never been so thankful for someone like him to arrive in my life . THANK YOU JEFF YOU RULE !
Excellent service from the staff. Fast and efficient. I would certainly recommend this CAA Branch to all my friends and family. Thank you for all your service and your help. The insurance representative was very efficient and intelligent. She answered all my questions that I asked. I am very happy with your service. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and courteous, always a smile. Thank you once again.
