After one accident 50/50 they didn't want to renew my insurance contract
Amazing staff! Very professional, very helpful!
The staff are nice enough, but the business really lacks a human factor. The office is hard to get a hold of, they don't always return calls, and I was left feeling like a file number instead of a client...there was just no sense that a positive customer experience was something that mattered to this business. Overall, I was just really disappointed, and even though their rates are good, I wouldn't choose them again or recommend them to anyone.
